Meatloaf
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Now I love an extra saucy meatloaf glaze, like obsessed okay! So, I double it and Iām not ashamed.
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 small yellow onion, grated
2 eggs
3/4 C milk
1/2 C breadcrumbs
2 TBSP snipped parsley
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground sage
pinch of pepper
Sauce Ingredients:
1/2 Cup ketchup
4 TBSP brown sugar
2 tsp dry mustard
Instructions:
Combine eggs with milk and stir in crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage and a pinch of pepper.
Add beef and mix well. I get right in there with my hands to mix to get it incorporated well.
I use a 9x13 pan and actually spread the meat mixture to cover the entire baking dish.
Bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
While that is baking, combine the sauce ingredients and set aside.
After 50 minutes, spoon off the excess fat and spread the sauce mixture evenly over the meat.
Return to oven for 10 more minutes.
